Service.
Our interns are trained alongside the rest of our 50+ summer staff members to serve over 6,000 campers and guests during the 11 fun weeks of camp we do every summer!
During the retreat season (August - April), our interns will gain valuable experience in guest services, housekeeping, food service, maintenance, administration, and outdoor recreation as we strive to serve all of the guests that come for both weekend and week-long retreats.
Discipleship.
Throughout the year, our interns will be intentionally discipled both individually and through small group studies. We hope to use our curriculum along with the relationships that we form to walk alongside every intern to help them grow and mature in Christ.
Community.
We believe that one of the best places where our interns can grow in Christ is in Christian community. At Ridge Haven, we strive to foster a community that will challenge and support each intern towards these things. Our goal is for each intern to be invested in both our on-campus community along with a local church body.
