Junior
GAW for grades 3 - 6
The
Junior Great Adventure Week is for students entering grades 3-6. This
camp is designed for the junior camper who wants an introductory
experience to the great outdoors in a safe and controlled setting.
Junior GAW activities will include introduction to archery, rock
climbing, and hiking as well as all the fun and games you could expect
at a regular junior camp. There will even be a night of camping at our
wilderness camp site!
The counselors, teachers and other leaders have
been carefully selected to help make this a truly fun and rewarding
week for each camper. The main focus of Junior Camps is to provide a
safe and caring environment where Jesus Christ is presented in a
loving way. Loads of fun and age appropriate biblical teaching and
music are combined to make this a memorable week for each child; camp
at its best with a Christian world and life view! Students will want to
return each year as many others before them have done!

*These Back-to-back GAW weeks are optional two week
camps. Campers can come for the first week, the
second week, or both weeks. Two week camps
include a campout during the intervening

Parents, bring your
children to GAW and have your own vacation at Ridge Haven. Reserve a
room or apartment to coincide with camp. See our
